Terms of sale
These terms govern subscription access and equipment purchases from XTREAM Players Company.
1. Purpose
XTREAM Players Company sells owned or authorized entertainment subscription access, compatible equipment, and assistance and activation services.
2. Orders and confirmation
Any request sent via the site (form or WhatsApp) is an order request. It becomes firm only after explicit confirmation by an XTREAM agent and agreement on duration, price and device.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, taxes included. No payment is collected online: settlement follows the manual instructions provided by an agent after confirmation.
4. Activation and duration
Activation is performed with an agent. Final duration, availability and terms are confirmed before activation and run from effective activation.
5. Renewal
Renewal is never automatic. A reminder may be sent before expiry; access is extended only after new customer confirmation.
6. Content
Accessible content depends on the chosen plan and the distribution agreements in force. It may evolve; see the Content licensing page.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
Withdrawal and refund terms are detailed in the Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
XTREAM Players Company applies reasonable means to ensure service continuity without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability, notably during maintenance or events beyond its control.
9. Governing law
